With a baccalaureate background in English, Psychology, and Art History, Lace began her career working for an award-winning digital agency in a hybrid operational and client relations capacity, with an emphasis in B2B tech, startups, and big data. Following her tenure at the agency, she entered the high luxury sector as the Business Development Executive for a global superyacht brand, where she was responsible for executing creative marketing strategies and brand growth initiatives in the North American markets, including client-facing event production, advertising, brand partnerships, and luxury activations.
